Parcon Research is an executive search company that is specialized in
performing time-sensitive/high-value, middle to senior level executive
searches for clients of all sizes in all industries.
We’re known as a quiet group that gets search assignments done
quickly even under extremely difficult political and time constrained
conditions. We learned a long time ago how to conduct ourselves in an
especially efficient manner and pass those advantages along to our
clients, all of whom we treat as economic partners.
What makes us different?
We are recognized primarily for our speed and sustained employment rate
(e.g., people we find and place tend to fit well and stay employed with
the client long-term). We are also known for going to
considerable extremes to find those people. If that requires thoroughly
mapping your prime competitors to pull out their best people, that’s
fine (actually, that’s easy). If it requires traipsing through
Australia’s outback to interview a high capital project engineer, that’s
ok too. Our criteria is simple: Once we sign a contract we do
whatever it takes to find the best person who’s willing to take
the job you need filled. And we do it quickly.
A note about our philosophy and a few more details
If we were to profile a typical search it would entail looking for a
highly experienced competitor that is needed quickly because of an
evolving, and occasionally disintegrating, situation. We make no secret
of the fact we consider commercial competition to be an intense form of
social warfare. Therefore, we generally focus on finding experienced
corporate warriors since that’s the language we speak (see our popular

The Art of Corporate Warfare). We look for people that understand
the stakes of economic competition where every day is a live fire
exercise. It’s the same whether our client needs a Chairman or a
mid-level technologist. We locate, and help our clients hire, people
that understand their job means more than just getting a paycheck—it
means adding to the value of an organization so everybody else benefits
too. And that categorically includes the shareholders.
